【２月15日に寄せて】ロック詩　高村光太郎「シンガポール陥落」／[In Reflection on February 15] Rock Poem —Takamura Kotaro, “Singapore Falls” (1942)

 1942年２月15日の日本軍によるシンガポール陥落に寄せて、高村光太郎が詩を発表。『シンガポール陥落』をロック詩で再現。     In response to the fall of Singapore to Japanese forces on February 15, 1942, Japanese poet Takamura Kotaro wrote his poem  “Singapore Falls” (1942)     Here, I bring the poem back to life as a rock poem.

　 In August A.D. 1334 (Kenmu 1st Year), graffiti allegedly appeared in Nijo Gawara, the ancient capital of Kyoto, featuring political and social satire.(Author Unknown.) This piece is read with a dance beat. Enjoy the historical visuals and the unique rhythm of the Japanese language.
