【第二次高市内閣発足！】〜オッペケペー、政治の中身は変わるのか？？？　【The Second Takaichi Cabinet Takes Office!】 Oppekepe—Will Anything Really Change in Politics?

 　昨日・９月１７日、第二次高市改造内閣が発表された。そんな折り、明治の政治風刺歌「オッペケペー節」の動画が完成！　 　「権利幸福きらいな人に、自由湯（とう）をば飲ましたい」ーー 　「自由」を薬のように飲ませてしまおう、という痛快な一節である。 さらに、　 　「うわべの飾りはよいけれど、政治の思想が欠乏だ。」ーー 　文明開化で服装や言葉は新しくなっても、中身はどうなのか。その皮肉は、百三十年以上たった今にも妙に響く。政治の顔ぶれが変わり、新しい言葉が並ぶたびに、私たちはまた問う。 　さて、中身はどうなのだろう。 　今回は、この明治の風刺歌を現代のエレクトロ・ビートに乗せて朗誦した。作詞は、福岡・博多出身の俳優・興行師、川上音二郎（1864–1911）。 エレクトロ朗誦「オッペケペー節」 On September 17, the Second Takaichi Reshuffled Cabinet was announced. And, as it happened, I had just completed a video of the Meiji-era political satire song Oppekepe-bushi . “For those who hate rights and happiness, I’d make them drink a dose of Freedom Tonic.” A wonderfully biting line: give them “freedom” as though it were medicine. And then: “Your outward fashion may be splendid, but your political thought is sadly lacking.” Clothes and language may change with the times, but what about what lies underneath? 遂に、プログラムが発表された！

私は母国より先に、「ベルリン（フェスティバル会場）」で映像詩人としてのデビューを果たしたのだ。

（いや。発表しているという意味では、NYのNuyorican Poets Cafeだろう）

ともあれ、光栄なことである。

Nuyoの詩友たちも祝福のハートを多数くれている。


(”The 3 Crises"はNuyorican Poets Cafe Online Open MICで動画コラボ朗読した作品３作のオムニバス。第一の危機「言葉の危機」、第二の危機「人類の危機」、第三の危機「地球の危機」から構成されている）


プログラムで私の作品「The 3 Crises」を以下のように説明してくれている。

Eine Audio-Schrift-Debatte über das Zeitalter des Fake, feat. Schiller, Shakespeare, Konfuzius und Co. Überwachungsgesänge zu Beethoven warnen vor „friedlichen Bombardements“. Der Jupiter wehrt sich singend gegen seine drohende Besiedlung durch Menschen.

An audio-and-script debate on the age of the fake featuring Schiller, Shakespeare, Confucius and Co. Surveillance choruses to Beethoven’s music warn of “friendly bombing” and Jupiter defends itself in song against its impending colonization by humans.


シラー、シェイクスピア、孔子などが登場する「偽物の時代」をテーマにした音声とスクリプトによる討論会。ベートーベンの音楽に合わせた監視カメラのコーラスは「味方による爆撃」を警告し、木星は人間による植民地化が迫っていることから歌で自らを守る。


上映日はドイツ時間で11月26日、午後４：30〜。「PRISMO」という部門。

ツイッターでFestivalの上映開場写真を見ると、「Festival」と銘打たれているだけに、大スクリーンのホールだ！　ああ、行きたかった！
